Wayzata High School Project
This 85 million dollar state of the art high school campus is the standard by which all other facilities are modeled. The arts, academics and athletics are efficiently blended on this campus setting so that every student has a place to excel on their level.
Dalco was proud to be a part of the project. We provided the owner with a built up roof assembly with gravel surfacing that has a 20 plus year design life. The area encompassed over 200,000 square feet.
We also provided prefinished sheet metal copings and flashings. Incorporated with the low slope roof design were areas of standing seam metal roof panels. The expected service life of these areas is in excess of 30 years.
